REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the items are returned to us unused and with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at helenfavell@aquasola.net to process your refund or exchange.

Please note that delivery costs of returned items will need to be covered by you. In the event your order was received damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged item(s) and retain your receipt of proof of dispatch in case the item(s) are lost. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund (including the return postage if the goods are damaged – proof of return postage required) or issue an exchange if requested. We recommend using registered and recorded delivery service for returns.

When returning item(s) it is your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.

All items returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product(s), you should post your item(s) ideally in the original packaging to Dragon Smoke Returns, 13 Bacon Road, Norwich, Norfolk NR2 3QX England, United Kingdom.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Payments can sometimes take 7-10 days to appear back in your original payment account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please contact your credit card provider, bank or payment processor. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
